Repair Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work
1.1. The repair service will be performed based on the issues described by the customer.
1.2. Any additional issues identified during the diagnostic process will be communicated to the customer, and their approval will be sought before proceeding.

2. Diagnostic Fee
2.1. A non-refundable diagnostic fee.
2.2. If the customer approves the repair, the diagnostic fee may be applied toward the total cost of the repair.

3. Repair Costs
3.1. An estimate of the repair cost will be provided before beginning any work.
3.2. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval.

4. Customer Data and Privacy
4.1. The repair service does not guarantee the preservation of customer data. Customers are encouraged to back up all important data before the service begins.
4.2. The repair service is not responsible for data loss or leakage during or after the repair process.

5. Liability
5.1. The service provider is not liable for any further damage to the device that occurs during the repair process if pre-existing issues are identified.
5.2. The service provider is not responsible for any consequential damages arising from the failure of the device after repair.

6. Warranty on Repairs
6.1. Repairs are guaranteed for a period of times 3 days for labor unless otherwise specified.
6.2. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Payment
7.1. Full payment is due upon completion of the repair.

8. Unclaimed Devices
8.1. Devices not collected within [30] days of repair completion will be considered abandoned.
8.2. Abandoned devices may be subject to disposal or sale to cover the cost of the service.

9. Third-Party Components
9.1. If third-party parts are used in the repair, the service provider will inform the customer in advance.
9.2. The provider is not responsible for defects or warranty claims related to third-party components.

10. Confidentiality
10.1. Customer information, including personal data, will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties except as required by law.

11. Termination of Service
11.1. The service provider reserves the right to decline or terminate service at any stage if unsafe or unethical conditions are identified.

12. Agreement
By agreeing to the repair service, the customer acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and accept them as binding.
